PROPERTY MANAGER OVERVIEW

We conduct repairs and maintenance in accordance with the owner’s directions. We pay any disbursements such as council, water, body corporate, services and utilities or insurance as instructed.

Rent payment is fortnightly or monthly. Statements are emailed or viewing on our Owner log on website or can be posted.

Tribunal appearance if needed.

We act fully on the owner’s behalf in all areas of the management process.

DOCUMENT & TENANT PREPARATON

LIVE Property Management handles the preparation of all documentation required to ensure all legal aspects are covered and your new tenant makes a smooth transition into your rental property.

ROUTINE INSPECTIONS

We conduct a routine inspection every 4-6 months. At each inspection we provide owners with a detailed report and photographs which are available on line within 24 hours

RENTAL / LEASE REVIEWS:

Rental review and updates are done at each inspection. Appraisals are done at the end or renewal of each lease.

TENANT SELECTION

We deal with a range properties however all prospective tenants will complete a comprehensive application form so their suitability can be assured.

This includes two forms of ID, reference from Agents / Landlords, reference from an Employer, and a credit check.
